Happiness Comes from Within not Without...!

You can live in a mansion but be unhappy or you could live in a run-down shed and be unhappy as, happiness comes from within not without! So, where ever you live foster a life that is full of happiness. Make a start right now as no one else can do it for your except you!
We each have those things that cast a shadow and scar our heart, seemingly for ever, and if we choose to let these things darken our soul and change the very essence of our inner self a personal tragedy occurs!
Life is comprised of opposites:- love and hate, peace and turmoil... happiness and sadness! All of these reflect both the good and the bad and, the light and dark of life!
This is a given which we must accept, but in saying that, we must learn to let the shadows of any hate, turmoil, adversity and sadness go! We must if we want our heart be filled with love, internal peace and happiness. So concentrate on cultivating the light-of-you, (which is always here even if hidden for a time) and allow it to burst forth and shine brightly so brightly that it dazzles and engulfs any remnants of hurt, pain and sorrow!
In your uniqueness you were meant to be happy so, make a choice to choose to take a chance to lighten your heart now and experience the happiness that you deserve... you are so very worth it!
May the light Shinning through from the window of your heart reflect love, inner peace and make you happy!
